Waldhotel Silbermühle

In the winter months from November to March our restaurant is closed from Monday to Wednesday and our reception is open daily until 08:00 p.m.  The romantic Waldhotel Silbermühle is a three-star hotel, located in the heart of the Teutoburg Woods, only 10 km from Lippe Detmold. Far away from traffic, the Silbermühle is surrounded by a fantastic landscape and thus an ideal spot for a recreative stay. Our cosy rooms are individually designed. In a welcoming and private atmosphere guests will find many amenities including air-condition, steam shower, beds with electrical adjustment switch, TV, WLAN, mini-bar and a safe. At the restaurant we offer a nice atmosphere and excellent cuisine including seasonal dishes. Our chefs do only use fresh ingredients. Trouts and char fish come from our own ponds. We are also a perfect venue for events such as office parties, weddings, Christmas parties etc. Our stylish function room, with an adjacent lake terrace, is the perfect place for all these occasions. Directly next to the hotel you will find wonderful sunbathing areas stretching from the edge of the forest to the banks of the pond. A garden with impressive old trees offering shade in summer and a little creek add to the charm. The surrounding area of the Silbermühle Hotel is said to be the most beautiful part of the Teutoburg Woods. Business hours of reception:
